Josh practices general civil litigation, concentrating on insurance coverage and defense related to residential and commercial properties, automobile, construction, trucking, and business losses as well as bad faith.

Josh’s civil litigation practice also includes disputes related to contracts, property, businesses, and estates.

Josh exercises diligence in reviewing matters and issues, identifying options, evaluating, and adapting to changes to work towards positive and efficient outcomes.

Josh and his wife Jessica met on the first day of law school and now reside in Geneva, Illinois.
