Nicole practices in the area of Family Law, which includes divorce, custody and parenting time disputes, determining parentage, allocation of parental responsibilities, and post-decree matters, such as enforcement of child support, child custody and divorce orders. Nicole handles contested and uncontested family law matters. She is an approved mediator for court-ordered mediation of family law cases in DuPage, Kane, and DeKalb counties. Additionally, Nicole acts as an independent mediator providing an alternative route to resolving family law matters.

Nicole also practices civil litigation, with a focus on insurance defense, arbitration, personal injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.

Nicole takes pride in determining the most efficient way to resolve a client’s case. This entails diligently identifying the issues at hand, analyzing the best options for resolution and evaluating the matter to work towards a positive outcome.

Nicole lives in Woodridge, Illinois. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband travelling, hiking with their two dogs, at an archery range, and volunteering with American Diabetes Association for juvenile diabetes (type one) fundraisers and events.
